This Shipping Policy explains how HerGraceWear processes, ships, and delivers orders placed on our website.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Processing includes order verification, product preparation, quality check, packaging, and handover to the shipping carrier. Orders are usually not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
Shipping Fee
We charge a flat standard shipping fee of USD $9.99 per order.
This shipping fee is displayed clearly at checkout before payment is completed. The shipping fee is charged once per order, not per item, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Important: HerGraceWear does not currently advertise free shipping. The standard shipping fee is USD $9.99 per order.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time may vary depending on product availability, destination, shipping carrier, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs inspection, incorrect addresses, holidays, or severe weather may affect delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after the package is handed to the shipping carrier.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability, warehouse location, or carrier requirements. If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
The standard shipping fee remains USD $9.99 per order unless a different shipping option is clearly shown at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will try to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or shipped.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check your mailbox, porch, front desk, parcel locker, neighbors, or building reception first.
If you still cannot locate the package, contact the shipping carrier and then email us at [email protected] with your order number.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees may be charged by your local customs authority. These fees are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
HerGraceWear is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees charged by local authorities.
